I agree with both of you in a way. It was wonderful to really be able to hear the harmonies... but I missed not standing up and dancing like crazy. I thought I was going to explode out of my skin just sitting there!

I think it's great that the Ark recognizes the Avett Brothers as wonderful artists... but I hope they don't get a monopoly on Avett Shows. They are higher priced and much more docile shows. I want to see them at Clutch Cargos, St. Andrews, or the State Theater... maybe at the church in Holt again!

They sounded great but the festival didn't give their "headliners" much of a time slot.
