This is an album that is like the night sky. For it is filled with stars, and all of them are beautiful/wonderful, and can hold your attention and cause you to drift into self and thoughts. Like that night sky, there is always that one star that catches your attention and holds it. Ten Thousand Words is that star for me....Amazing lyrics, phrasing, harmonies, musicianship/organ work and insight...You guys have captured musical magic.....TAH

My brother called me on my birthday (3 days ago) and said "Do yourself and me a favor and go out and get I and Love and You by the Avett Brothers" and so I did, and it ranks right up there with the best of birthdays and gifts. I had never heard of them or their music and all I can say is THANK YOU gentlemen. This album ranks amongst some of the finest these ears have heard.

FANF'INGTASTIC!!!!!!! You're picking and now I'm grinning. This is stripped down to the most basic. Acoustic guitars, vocals/harmonies, barefoot, workboots and a roaming pooch. Does it really get any better? Thank you for sharing this version of my favorite song of yours..WELL DONE.......
