Because many of us already "own" these songs in a way: TAB have been playing these songs live for what already seems like forever and thus it's really easy to be disappointed by cleaner, studio-prepped, album-ready tracks. And while i'm also sure these songs could be better, at the same, i really like what i'm hearing. Besides, it's in concert that their sound really comes, well, a-live!
