My girlfriend Amy and I drove up from Frankfort Ky. to see the Avett Brothers for the first time.
We both fell hopelessly in love with the band. We had such a good time I can't say enough how much we enjoyed the show, what passion and energy...I look forward to many future shows.

Hey guys just like the person above me I also missed out on my chance to get tickets to see them in Milwaukee. I am dying to go. Are there any other extras out there? Please help if you can I would really appreciate it.

Hey i have been busy and forgot to pick up tickets. I live in Milwaukee and am looking for some tickets. Does anyone have any extras or a good line on a pair of tickets. Ive seen them 10 times and would be devastated if i couldn't see them in my own back yard. Any help would be much appreciated.

This is my first time seeing a show at the Riverside (and only my second Avett show) and wondered if anyone had any advice on a good time to arrive. My husband and I don't necessarily want to be down front, but we'd love decent seats. Any past experiences to relate? Thanks much!

Making the almost nine hour drive from Nashville for this one!!! I'm dragging my best friend along, and she's never heard the guys. Can't wait for her reaction!

Turner Hall sold out really fast, so they moved it to a larger venue, The Riverside Theatre, right in downtown. As far as I can tell, this will still be a GA show though. At least that's what it says on the website.
$25 & General Admission. Doors at 7, show at 8pm.

Chicago's HOB show sold out really fast, so this is a good bet for anyone from Chicago to come up for a night.

Now we just gotta figure where to pre-game. The SafeHouse is nearby and fun for a night like this. Who's in?

My advice is simple: experience these artists.

That's what my tix say.

Can anyone please tell me if the concert is going to be at the Riverside Theatre, or The Milwaukee Turners Hall? I'd like to know asap. Thanks Smiling

It's my son's 10th birthday and as a surprise I'm taking him to see the Avett Brothers in Milwaukee. What better way to celebrate than indoctrinate him into Avett Bros. fandom. I would love to get him back stage to meet the boys. Anyone out there in the know on how I might make this happen? It would completely blow his mind.

The Riverside is a nice theatre/venue, however, there is too much assigned seating and not enough room for rug-cuttin. However, you can do your own dance dance revolution in the aisles, as the staff is friendly that way. Who wants some Pabst Tallboys?

This has to be one of the coolest venues I've ever seen, I hope to be there.

TINNDN (and anyone else wondering) - Turner Hall Ballroom is a sweet old building that they refurbished maybe two years ago, it's super spacious with awesome wood floors that are perfect for dancin' it up! I'm excited that the Avetts are playing here Smiling

Don't know what the theater is like, but I hope it is like the one they play at in Iowa CIty.

But their good times come with prices
And I can't believe it when I hear the jokes they make
At anyone's expese except their own
Would they laugh if they knew who paid?
