This was my brother and friend's first show, second for me, so I knew what to expect and was blown away yet again. The atmosphere was perfect and the brothers admitted they wanted to 'cancel our next few shows and just keep playing here'
Definitely the highlight of my Memorial Day Weekend.

I believe that the only thing you will gain from the early entry notice is a front row spot until you need a drink. However, you stand to profit monetarily if you want to sell the early entry pass to me in exchange for my regular general admission ticket and a premium. I usually always wait long hours to get in the front row at Avett shows, but I have to drive from north east PA for this one and because of extenuating circumstances can't leave until 7:00 saturday morning therefore not allowing me to get in line til around 5:00. The outdoor venue @ LC Pavilion is a great venue. First timers will not be disappointed. I can't wait for the show...gonna be amazing.

We're driving up Friday, stopping in Lexington (b/c it's the first Chipotle on the way), dropping the dog off with my mom then heading to Huntington Park for Buck-a-Bone night. Anyone game? Ha ha.... game. Just look for the AB paraphernalia; I'm sure we'll be GA. I'm glad they did C-bus on a long weekend so we can cram in more visits to our old haunts. Starliner, Knight's, Schmidt's, Bob's (the cultural hub of the Midwest), and of course Timmy Ho's.....mmmm. I can't wait!

Anyone else get an email that you were an early entry winner (first 30 tickets)? Just wondering if that gets you anything besides the chance to get to the front only to lose your spot when you need a drink?

Oh, and this being moved outdoors is huge! The outdoor shows are great there.

When I learned today that the concert would be outside, I screamed! When I saw a show there it was outside and wonderful! I think we've just hit jackpot folks! The Brothers & Co. outside changes the mood and we're surely in for a jam fest! Thanks guys for moving it out!

Ticket master sent me a notice saying the show will in fact be outside.

I was really looking forward to the show being outdoors, oh well I guess inside show is better than no show at all.

I AM SO EXCITED!!!!!!!..... they won't have it outside because they built a new stadium for the Columbus Clippers next door and there is a game that night.. so they don't want the sounds of each event to bleed.. EVEN THOUGH! the built a huge wall for just this reason!.. I am sad it wont be outside, but who cares! we get to see THE AVETT BROTHERS!!!!.. I love you boys thank you so much for the pictures you paint with your music!

Do you think we could all join forces and protest to have the concert outside? I'm just such a fan of the outdoor show! Either way, I haven't seen them since HOB Cleveland and I am getting more and more excited!!

I was blown away in Sacramento and I am bringing my wife to Columbus. I can't tell you how many friends I have introduced to the Brothers. All they have to do is listen and they are hooked.

I will be getting married on Friday, May 28th in Wheeling, Wv. My husband and I are beyond excited to be seeing The Avett Brothers in Columbus the following day. What a wonderful way to kick off a honeymoon! We've been huge fans for over six years. The LC Paviliion is a fantastic venue to see a show! See you all there!

This will be my first time to Columbus, Ohio and I can't think of a better reason than to see the Avett Brothers. Hopefully it will be as good of a crowd/atmosphere as the Ann Arbor show was a few weeks back.

There is no seating except for VIP/Handicap Accessible. The rest of the arena for an indoor show is standing room, first come first serve. There is a bar in the back and a bar on the side. It's a smaller venue than some, but for just that reason you can catch some great shows there! I've seen shows indoors and outdoors at Lifestyles, and while I think outdoors is preferable, the Avetts will be great either way! Got my tickets already, see you there!

All the shows I've been to at LC Pavillion were outdoors, which made them GA, and there's a pit area, then a VIP table/chairs section, and the lawn. I thought it was only if it rained they brought it inside. I was assuming since it'll be summertime it will be the outdoor version.
Already got my ticket though, just saw them tonight in Indianapolis and I'm wicked excited

Edit: Nevermind, looking at Ticketmaster it states it'll be indoors. It's still GA only though

Yeah lifestyles is indoors, its in downtown columbus.I saw wolfmother there about 2 years ago. its a good size venue, its right beside the nationwid arena. and i dont know if there was an advantage or not.

Does anyone know the details of the seating at the Lifestyle Communities Pavillion? Is it all general admission / lawn? Was there any advantage to buying presale? Is the show inside or outside? Sorry, I've never been to this venue and there seems to be numerous stage / seating arrangements.

just got tickets, just got hotel reservations, looks like we'll be seeing ya in columbus! awesome i'll be there, right up front cant wait!

EDIT: well not stayn in columbus for the night got to be back in town in the morn so we'll make the 5 hour drive after the show. oh well small price to pay to see the avetts. see ya there cant wait!
