Coming all the way from Cali for that!! Even bringing my young sons! They LOVE their music, and have already learned a lot from the lyrics in their songs!! Especially "When I Drink"..HA!

Unbelievable. Been waiting to see the boys in CO since moving here six months ago. Hope it is just them, the rocks of Morrison, and a few thousand of the best Avett faithful. Plus, my 25th birthday is 7/10! What an awesome way to ring it in. Love, love, love this news!

Wow... Saw you last year at Red Rocks and loved the experience so much we decided to bring the kids this time, and you guys certainly didn't disappoint! We are, as a family, smitten.
Completely different experience from last year - you were a supporting band then and less than a year later you headlined and SOLD FREAKIN' OUT!!!

Holy cow have been waiting for the announcement of when they would return to Red Rocks!!! Live in Virginia, but have family an hour from the Venue, can you say time to go see the Fam. Wonder when tickets will go on sale and if there will be a pre-sale to fans?!?!

Their fb post said e-mail pre-sale would be Tuesday, anyone know how that works? What if I don't get the e-mail? Sorry I'm way excited and don't want to miss this chance!

I believe that this will be TAB's 3rd go at Red Rocks, having played the Monolith Festival 3 (or was it 4?) years ago and opening for Government Mule year. I am excited to see them headline this show, but I won't be truly satisfied unless we get at least one more CO show this summer.

Red Rocks is such a big space to fill with sound and you end up so far away from the stage, even in the first row that something at a smaller venue (how about 2 more Boulder Theater shows!?) or one of the free shows up in the mountains (the free shows in Telluride and Steamboat in 2009 were unbelievable!) would really make my summer.

Additionally, RR will be an amazing venue for an Avett Nation gathering and I'm expecting big things from the poster artists

ERGH, I got so excited, thought they were going to be in Connecticut on my birthday. But no, that would be Colorado. Come back to the New York City area more often!

I am so excited and so thankful ... I was able to buy pre-sale tickets to this awesome show!!! We were there last year and I knew we just had to take the kids next time and share that experience with them ... and it's gonna happen!!! Only able to buy 4 tickets so we'll have to sneak one of our kiddos in ...j/k. I'm sure we'll be able to purchase another ticket.

This show is going to be so amazing, I will have then seen them in 5 states. Amazing people, music and performers.
I cannot wait, I've always wanted to see them play the Red Rocks and what better way to expose our soon to be son to their music then to see them in CO under the stars.

I am SO EXCITED about this show! I only just recently discovered this band, but I've been listening to them nonstop ever since. I was so disappointed when I checked their tour dates and found they were coming nowhere near Wyoming. But now Red Rocks! It's going to be awesome.

I've seen conflicting reports of where these GA tickets are.
Does anyone know for sure if the GA section is down front or are they behind the reserved seats?
