Anyone get there presale Tix for Pittsburgh yet?

I bought 5 from AA... nothing yet. I purchased 1 from ticket master a week later... already got that one in the mail 3 weeks ago. What is with Artist Arena?

They always send them out really close to the date of the show. They'll email you before they ship your tickets. It's usually about two weeks before the date of the show. I'm pretty sure it says in the confirmation when you buy them, too.
I can't come up with a reason why they would wait to send them out and not as soon as they are paid for... no wonder we hear about the horror stories of people not getting their tickets in time for the show!
When I ordered pre-sale for New Years - they came about a month before the date. Personally, I'd rather get them closer to the date...less time for me to lose them. That said, I feel like they should look into either doing the print-at-home thing or Will Call. I just bought pre-sale for Sun Valley and I was psyched that the tix were Will Call.
Hey. I just got an email from Artist Arena that the tickets were shipped out:
Dear Avett Brothers Fan,
Your tickets for the May 27th show at Stage AE were shipped out yesterday and will be arriving very soon. All tickets are sent through First Class mail through the United States Postal Service and will arrive in a white envelope stating, “Dated Material Enclosed”. If you do not have them three (3) business days before the event date, please contact our office at info@artistarena.com.
