Anyone know what key the boys sing in?

I don't know what it is, i just can't seem to fit my voice into that window...and i'm not a horrible singer either. I just can't quite get it into that key or something, can sing higher or lower, but not right there. And it's rather frustrating to play along with when i can't sing. Hmph.
Anyone else have this problem?

I have the problem of being told my voice could cut glass when I sing, but that doesn't stop me from doing it. Smiling

(Only in the privacy of my own home though, not on the subway or in the street and sure as hell not at shows.)

If you're playing guitar (or banjo for that matter), tune it down half a step. They play in standard tuning, but it definitely helps my vocal range. You could also try using a capo.

I've tried using a capo with the guitar, didn't seem to do too much. I'll try the tuning for sure, thanks!
