I'm sure there are at least a few Gorillaz fans around here. Their new album Plastic Beach officially came out yesterday, although it has been streaming on NPR for about a week now.
I'm kind of surprised I'm the first to start a topic about this amazing album.
They're supposed to tour later this year, and I for one will be there for what will be their biggest (and probably last) tour. Rumor has it they will be playing all 3 albums in their entirety with all the guests.

I've heard very good things about this album and have been meaning to check it out. but have been slacking.

I'd love to see them live. I've watched the show from the Apollo Theater that they broadcast on Palladia multiple times. Haven't heard the new album yet so I'll check it out. It's because of Gorillaz that I've delved back in to the Blur vault!
I saw a video this morning from what I assume is the new album. Bruce Willis was in it- kinda cool. Sounded good and all!
