While I get what people are saying about the different sound, I think it is a step in the right direction. I must admit that at first listen it didn't grab me but once you stay with it and really listen to the lyrics you realize it is the same guys you have always loved. I have been a fan for awhile and I am so proud of these guys! As a twentysomething who is entering the real world I am realizing that this is such an emotional/selfish/awkward stage of life and the lyrics on this album really spoke to me.
