I think I'm confused. Did you actually type in www.theavettbrothers.com/store, which re-directs to Skyroo, or did you physically navigate from www.theavettbrothers.com to the "store" tab and purchase...

Sounds like a mix-up based on bad instructions. I'd contact skyroo directly and see if they'll exchange it for you.
