All of us in the band drew from so many different influences that Nemo was bound to keep evolving-there's no telling what we would have sounded like today. Out of the 3 cds we recorded, none of them are very similar to the each other. We all listened to so many different types of music and all wrote independently and within the group at the same speed that the Avetts are writing at now-from one album to the next, there's no telling what direction we could have gone in. That's probably the most haunting thing to me personally-b/c there was so much more music that could have come out of that. I appreciate all of your comments and interest in Nemo-and thanks for supporting the boys. They really do appreciate all of the love they receive from you all. Who knows what the future holds.
