We are hosting a second annual Avett Pre-Concert Gathering.

Any and all are welcome to join us for some good fun with fellow Avett fans. The gathering is located in Lakeview, a few miles north of the House of Blues. If you are interested, shoot us an email and we'll give you more specific directions.

This year we will be showcasing a new Avett Party game. It's called Pin the Beard on the Avett. I think you can imagine how this will work. Should be fun.

And, as last year, we'll have Southern food, live Avett covers, and of course good company.

Hey guys I am going to the Chicago show in March. Are there any Chicago residents going that can tell me the hot spots to hit while I am there or if there is a place where Avett Brother's fans will be? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

So, I just won an ebay bidding war and got myself some tickets to the Chicago show! I can't wait. What an experience!

I LOVE the Avett Brothers, and had been looking forward to seeing them in town on MY BIRTHDAY for so long, when all of a sudden the show sold out and now I can't find tickets :*****( If anyone has even just ONE extra ticket, please let me know!!!

Hi guys, I'm going to the Chicago show from NC. We bought our tickets but we have another friend going now who doesnt have one. Was looking for anyone who might have one extra. The markups on sites like stubhub are disgraceful and I'd rather pay a little more to a real fan than deal with those guys.

I bought my tickets months ago just to make sure...I can't wait!!!!

I tried buying tickets yesterday, but the site said they were sold out. Tried again a few minutes ago and got 'em. Not sure what happened, but try again!

I have been trying to buy tickets but it says they are unavailable... Could I buy 2 tickets from anyone? I am dying to see them again

House of Blues is one of the best venues to see any band, and in a city like Chicago, hosting the Avett Brothers, it's hard to find a better night of music.

The House of Blues is really a neat venue - sure there are locations all over the US, but the Chicago one is best... simply because it's in Chicago. We've got great food, great people and great sports - add the Avett Brothers coming into town and 3/7/2010 at the HOB in Chicago is THE place to be. Strap in folks, this is gonna be one incredible show!

So this'll be my third Avetts show (all within a year!) and this is definitely the furthest I'm traveling. I'm from Boston, but I'm visiting friends in Chicago for the week (and yes, I picked this week to visit so I could make the show!). It'll be their first Avetts experience, and if it was anything like when the boys played the HoB in Boston, it'll be great!
