Great show! Perfect weather and venue!

Stood and screamed the whole time.
Then got tripped out my Gov't Mule and left.

First Avett show since moving from Charlotte. CANT WAIT!!!!

I'll be grilling in the south lot, starting around noon/1ish, near a grey tundra and possibly a white tent. Come find us, bring your beers, your chairs, something to share or throw on the grill!!!

Definitely my favorite band and I can't wait to see them again! I caught the show last year at the Ogden, they were fantastic and I been waiting for this ever since! Red Rocks is the perfect backdrop! See you all there...

My awesome boyfriend surprised me with tickets last night! I can't wait. The first time I heard their new album I couldn't stop crying. Red Rocks is such a great venue! I'm so excited.

Anyone interested in an Avett Nation gathering? There's a killer parking lot for it...

I just bought tickets to this show for a surprise birthday present for my husband. We'll be flying in from Dallas. Where should we stay? I am so flippin excited - I don't think I'll ever be able to keep this a secret !!!

...I finally bought my tickets. I love TAB. This will be my first time seeing them and I can't be more excited. !!!

So my first time seeing them will be in 2 weeks in Tucson! But reguarldess of how the Tucson show goes, I've already made plans to go to this one as well. I guess I'll have to wait and see whether I made the right choice to give it a second time around. Ha ha just kidding. I already know it will be worth it. :0

UPDATE: Saw them last weekend...worth every mile & every penny. See ya again soon!

TAB seemed especially lively last time they played at Red Rocks, this isn't a show to miss! although the step seats are a little difficult to jump around on

This will be interesting. The last time TAB was at Red Rocks it was for Monolith, so it was a day-time set and maybe only the first 10-15 rows filled up.

I'm kind of hoping that this time, Gov't Mule wonders what the heck they've gotten themselves into because the first 10-15 rows are all die-hard Avett fans and are screaming Avett lyrics instead of singing along with Warren.

That said, I really dig Gov't Mule and Warren but TAB's gonna win that battle for me every time.

Also, the RR parking lots will lend themselves VERY well to an Avett Nation gathering, if anyone's interested in a little get together.

Truth and Salvage takes the stage at 5:15.
Avetts are on at 6:30.
Gov't Mule scheduled for 8:15.

I hear this is an awesome venue...I just want to know if both the Avetts and Gov't Mule are playing full sets, or is one of them opening for the other?
