1. Listen to the Decemberists! We were talked into buying their album The Crane Wife and have NOT regretted it. Wonderful!!!
2. Eric and I are getting married on the 16th! Wowza!
3. Eric, Sarah and I met the Avett Bros last week in Alpharetta!! They were very cool and earthy, I dig it!

Couldn't agree more. The Decemberists are awesome. Have you ever had a chance to see them live? They put on one outstanding show.
Congrats on the wedding!
The Decemberists are wonderful, although the jury is still out on their most recent release. Congrats on getting married!! And the Avett Brothers couldn't be any nicer. I'm sure everyone on the board can agree with that
my closest friend say that they are the nicest people in the world. id like to meet them one day.
They are almost too nice! Im kidding but they are wonderful...completely down to earth and really show they care about us.
Congratulations on the marriage! Wishing you the best!

BhamAvettFan- no, I haven't seen them live yet but Eric is going to see them with some friends on 06/03 in Atlanta, his ticket just came in today! I have to work- between the Avetts/DMB in April & wedding in May I can't afford to take off anymore time.
On the folk fest- WOW- that's a great line up, especially night 1. I'd love to see the Fleet Foxes as well, have been listening to them a lot lately.
On the wedding congrats- THANKS everyone!
Jes....Sorry to hear you won't be able to make the Tabernacle show in Atlanta.
I had no idea about the lineup at that Rhode Island festival. I seriously might have to look into making the trip up for that!
The 3 things...awesome! And congrats!
The RI fest...Holy crap! What a lineup! Things such as this are the reason I am broke all summer. I need to start telling my family "in lieu of christmas gifts, please give cash for festival season"...
God Bless your wedding today jes!
