I got my tickets through the pre-sale, so my code doesn't work on the MusicToday site. I have e-mailed them and I'll let you all know what happens.

Whoops! I heard back very quickly and forgot to post their response. They said:
"When you receive your tickets from Artist Arena, there will be a 7 digit number that starts with a 7 on your ticket. This number will be listed as the order ID on the ticket. This number will serve as a promo code and allow you to buy tickets for the afterparty at the Jefferson. "
I don't have this number in any of my Artist Arena correspondence, so it sounds like we will be OK when the tickets arrive (as long as it doesn't sell out). I usually get pre-sale tickets a few weeks before the show, so I'm hoping it is soon.

Where does the time go? I got my presale tickets almost 2 weeks ago, with the proper code on the face of my ticket that allowed me to purchase the after party tickets....which I now have in my hand as well.
My friend in Baltimore and I got into the Bros. at the same time over 2 years ago. To this day, we still can't hold a conversation without talking some Avetts. But we've never been to a show together and have wanted to find a nice run of shows, do some camping and get stinky for a few days. Two nights in Charlottesville seemed to be a good opportunity so we're taking advantage. I'm flying out all the way from Austin and counting down the days now.
(Maybe I should have started a roll call thread!) Because this is just outside of Avett country, is there a large contingent of Nation'ers going? Will anyone be "kamping" locally? =)
Hey Wesley, I'm going to be in Charlottesville on the 15'th. I'm flying over their for a small trip myself. However, The next day I'll be driving south to the Bristol festival. It'd be cool though to meet you guys sometime. It's my first Avett show so I'm really excited. And it looks like I'll be camping as well.
Will try to avoid the stinky part though..

clemoh12, haven't figured that out yet. I'm assuming for now that camping sites shouldn't be over packed with people in that time of season. Or is that a mistake and I should inquire about a space in advance?
Whoops, this slipped through the cracks. We are staying at the C-ville KOA south of town. It isn't the most rugged camping experience, but it's a lot closer than the rest we found (even at 11 miles).

That camping site would be too far south for me. I'm gonna start driving west for a camping site so I can get to BRR the next day.
