Anyone going to this show? I just bought my ticket, and didn't know if anyone else bought main floor tickets, on mine they had a rom and seat number but I thought they were going to be GA. Does anyone know how that theatre works?

A lot of general admission tix will have a seat and/or row number or letter. As far as I know, they don't mean anything really.
I got my tickets through the pre order and was under the impression I had an assigned seat. I better cause I believe it is row 3 or 4!
This is a newly renovated theater and it does have assigned seats. Anyone up for a pre-show gathering?
I may be able to do a pre-show gathering, just depends on what time i get to Columbia. Coming from Springfield, approx. 3 hrs away.
I'll be around early for sure, a bunch of my friends are coming in from all over the place. I'm hoping there aren't assigned seats, because I don't plan on spending an Avett show sitting down.

Friend of mine called the theater to check and see if she could get her ticket moved from the balcony to the floor...
after a long series of calls, she finally was told that seating is open in the theater and so it doesn't matter where you are and there will be an open floor.

After reading the above post about open seating, I called the theatre to ask and was told that it is reserved seating, not GA. I am going to call again tomorrow and see if I get the same answer. Hmmmm?
i'm coming in from St. Louis, and would like to meet up for a pre-gathering. any ideas on when and where to meet?
Second phone call confirmed reserved seats, no GA. Hope this is true, guess we'll find out Tues night! Can't wait. I need my Avett fix!!!
