Thanks. I know it seems like a stupid question that would leave people wondering if I could even tell them apart if they were standing in front of me, but for some reason that album cover has always looked a little bit like both of them.

Seth for sure. Scott's hair has never been that straight. The eyes and nose are very different too. But I'm not creepy or anything...

I don't know whether the Scott cover was an actual release, but the picture of Scott (and it definitely is Scott) is on the very back of the Seth cover CD.
