FYI, Grace Potter's website is selling the floor seats now. Just got mine picked up.

Hmmm. But seeing as this is not the artist arena presale you may not be one of the 850 or whatever number it was who get in first.
That's true. However, I don't plan on trying to get involved with that stampede up front. Just liked the peace of mind that I could go ahead and get them early without having to deal with slow servers, website problems, etc as Artist Arena is notorius for.
The 850 tickets were gone in about three minutes. I got logged in right at noon, got my tickets and when I finished my order and clicked on "Ticketing home," they listed the presale as being sold out.
Glad I got my two. : )
At least I'm on the floor but not going to stampede

Are these part of the 850? I got the tickets through Grace and the nocturnals as well. I was on the Avett site at exactly noon and they were gone.

It's not like they're going to check everyone's tickets and clear the room.
The presale is general admission for the floor. As I understand it, if you have tickets for this, they will let you in before everyone else so you can stake your spot. What you have is probably reserved seating.
Well I went ahead and ordered the tickets... same price as the pre-sale that was posted by this website..... just wanted to make sure i was getting the right deal.
It's been a long time since the last time I saw the Avett Bros. perform and I don't want to miss it b/c of a technicality.
Seats go on sale tomorrow. All the tickets sold today through AA, or Grace Potter's page are for both bands general admission floor. The advantage to purchasing one of the 850 Avett presale tickets is early admission. I just saw that tickets are still on sale through Grace Potter's page.
Does anyone know how many GA floor tickets will be sold all together? What is the capacity on the floor? Is it a zoo like Asheville on New Years?
These are actually cheaper than the TAB presale by $1. And it's waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier than using aa's website.
It's pretty much exactly like the civic center in Asheville.

I just realized that the 2 tix I bought through Grace Potter won't have early entry. Good thing my first two were from AA.
So just to clarify, are the Grace Potter tickets part of the group that gets let in early? Sorry this is confusing the heck out of me!

I couldn't find anything about Grace Potter getting early entry so I don't think so.

Anybody know for sure if the "actual seats" that go on sale Friday will be assigned or if they will be GA like Asheville on NYE?

Are you sure about that? They were not GA last time the band played this venue. I think all the seats will be assigned. Why else would they have so many different price points?
was thinking the same thing sunday. i cant decide between GA or reserved.
almost positive the seats are all reserved. Paul Lohr even mentioned the availability of box seats with waiters at the 45 dollar level. If there's a hotel within walking distance I might just try that idea.
Has anyone sampled the beer at Bojangles? Do they have some micro brews, or is it a Bud, bud light kind of place?

In the past they did have a few specialty beers and drinks. But I don't know if they will anymore since Bojangles took over the venue.

I thought I read somewhere that they are going to have some assigned seats, and perhaps some box/reserved/fancy seats with a private server available....wasn't that for this show? Am I imagining that? I can't find it anywhere, not that the search function works that well...sigh...

So wait, the box seats on the left and the right are reserved but every other seat is just GA seats?

I guess we'll know for sure in an hour. 99percent certain all seats are reserved, floor is GA, and 100 percent sure it's going to be awesome.
I've been trying to get on Ticketbastard since 9:20 and it won't load. I'm assuming their server is full from other ticket sales??? Anyone else having this problem?

Just a point of order, Bojangles' did not take over the Coliseum or any of the operations. They just secured naming rights, which is a typical marketing thing to do. Just like Bank of America does not have any operational control over the Panther's stadium. All of that being said, there's plenty of Bojangles' food to be had inside both the Bojangles' Coliseum and the Bank of America Stadium. And that makes them awesome.

well I guess it doesn't matter- I accidentally slept past the 10 E sale start. I got on about 20 mins late and all that was left was crap seating. I have access to a GA ticket, but for the life of me can't decide if I need an awesome box seat, or the GA.....I am just wondering if I am able to sit outside in line for an undetermined amount of time. I think it is basically going to come down to if I can pull up a section that I desire on Friday.
