The Grammys
Are you fans as angry as I am that I+L+U did NOT get one single solidary nomination?
What a joke these awards have become. They are slaves to the status quo and seem destined to discourage true innovation and creativity.
I looked through the entire listing and no where, could I find justice.
What a shame. There are so many talented artists out there with superb cds that get bypassed simply because they are not mainstream.
So to Joe, Seth, Scott and Bob, stay true to your music. If any band deserved a Grammy this year, it was you guys. What a triumph I+L+U was and still is.
The Grammys are a sell out joke.
AvettNation: is there a way we can all write The Grammy Committee and ask why they disregarded I+L+U?

"The Grammys are a sell out joke"
Then why would you want TAB to win one?
The Grammys have always been a joke. Ask Jethro Tull who won a Grammy for best HARD ROCK/METAL band in the late '92, 15 years after they ceased being a great ROCK 'N' ROLL band. Imagine how pissed Guns 'n' Roses & Metallica fans were. Expecting them to nominate a band who have released only one major label album & had no radio hits is just plain naive on your part. Not that I wouldn't like to see them get one.
Here is a little discussion about the Grammys, karmakid.
