I need a little help with completing my Avett spreadsheet. Can anyone tell me if the following songs have been played live and if so, when?

Yes, at the Soap Box in Wilmington NC, just after midnight on Feb 2. I think it was 2005. I was very surprised that night when they broke it out. Not sure about the others.
