I'd like to see them play most anything off the new album, but if they play on TV anytime soon, I would have to think they would play I and Love and You. It may not be my favorite song off the album, but it's definitely the one that they have down as far as playing it in a live setting. Also I think they want to get the name of the album out there as much as possible.
I agree. They are the first(?) band to use that phrase 'I AND love AND you'. It's pretty catchy, and I can't say I've thought of the words individually in that phrase before, as often as I've said it. Three elements. I and you, and love in the middle. and. what?
Definitely something they'd want to put in people's heads. But I agree with blasto, not my favorite. 'It Goes On and On' also isn't my favorite, but it would sound great on TV!
I think they'd play I and Love and You, also, BUT I can't imagine Scott would stay on drums--he may, but I wonder if they'd get a drummer like in Charlotte? It would seem a bit odd to have him way in the back for such a big deal. I think it would be pretty cool if they played Laundry Room b/c of the intensity and the end--seems more typical of them overall, though I and Love and You is probably more typical of the album.

I agree with I and Love and You or Laundry Room. I and Love and You would get the name out there, and they definitely have it down. And Laundry Room would leave a pretty big impression.

i & l & u and laundry room are both close to 5 minutes though...i just wonder if they'd play a shorter version of either?
I and Love and You is the obvious choice. But Head Full of Doubt, Road Full of Promise would make an impression on me if I didnt know who these guys were.
I'm with catfisher! But I'd be very surprised if they whipped that one out for TV.

Is I & L & U the official "single"? Do they even do that anymore? Anyway, I think it with the video shoot of that song and such, that it would be the song, but if I had my druthers, it'd be HFOD,RFOP, it's my fav thus far, but I will admit to chastity in any form of early listening, so I haven't heard them all.

I don't know the accuracy of these sites above, but the timing coincides with some of those cancelled dates, emails from the cancelled shows' venues, & other hints that have been dropped.
I'm not big on rumors, but this is all but confirmed now, really, isn't it?
One thing's for sure. They won't be playing Salina on that show.
I'm guessing it'll be I and Love and You, but I'd love if they played Head Full or Ten Thousand Words.

Did anyone else here Scott say they were gonna end up in California by the end of the month when asked by the ECU guy where they were headed next?
I think that And it Spread would be a great TV performance song for them, but I agree that it'll probably be I and Love and You.

Not so interesting I'm afraid. More like a water gun I had years ago shaped like my favorite animal the killer whale. I made up the aol screen name back then in an effort to remind a cousin of mine of the many water gun fights I won. It stuck around.....the screen name that is. I can't find that water gun for the life of me.
