I was looking in the concert reviews, and didn't see one yet.

Amazing show! I met all sorts of board people- and it was such a beautiful room... It was one year to the day since my last show (Orange Peel- last year) and (sigh) it was just a wonderful evening.

Highlight for me was Perfect Space. I hope they do it again tonight. Murder was amazing, so was I&L&Y, with everyone singing together. I never know if the boys can fully hear us over the monitors- I hope they can. It's so amazing when everyone sings and has that experience all as one. Chills- every single time.

My husband stayed home with B and had to work today and was bummed to hear they bookended the show with his favorites, And it Spread and Shame. (Well- before encore). Somehow, I've never gotten a Colorshow, either, (not that I can recall anyway) and caught one last night. That was fun-

My sister's baby was moving and grooving during the show- it just started to move to where she could feel it- so she had a wild evening.

Dolph sat next to my sister and me... and WHOA... Mr. R, if you read this, I chickened out on chatting you up... but we were tickled our seats ended up with yalls. One day if I see you again I'll have more nerve. AND, if it was Paul L with you, tell him thanks for the evening. I wouldn't have been there without his help.

Allrighty! My stream-of-consciousness recall is over. Back to packing for tonight. See yall there, I hope!

Shoot. ...Can't use that as an excuse anymore for flaking-out.
Sticking out tongue

Knoxville was the first Avett Brothers show my girlfriend and I had ever been to. And what an experience it was! They played most of the songs we hoped they would, especially January Wedding, which happens to be one of our songs. We held out hope that they'd surprise us with "Offering" which is "our" song. But even without that song the show was amazing. The audience was going wild the entire time! We actually ended up meeting this couple from Bristol on the way out of the theatre that needed a ride to Asheville for the show tonight, so we gave them a ride since we live in Asheville. Overall an amazing show and an amazing experience! We definitely wont be missing them next time they come around these parts!

heids, you are a hoot.

captaincanada84, live is the best!

Hope to get "Colorshow" at the Fox. one of my top five
