Was I seeing things? One part of the show they cut to the crowd and this one cat looked just like Lance.

A friend of mine supplied them with stuffed sausages from his restaurant to grill at Lance's house/ranch. He told me that Lance's assistant called in the order and said that some friends from NC were in town to play ACL, and she was shocked when he knew TAB.

Maybe it's just me. But I don't like that. He bought the Avett Brothers' company because he's rich and famous.

None of us know how the band's relationship with Lance Armstrong started, so you cannot assume that he bought their company.
totally. We don't own the rights to love the Avett Brothers. Lance Armstrong has the connections. Why shouldn't the brothers enjoy his hospitality?
Maybe Lance should have hooked Scott up with some EPO to help strengthen his tired voice for the show.
