I don't know if the brothers Avett check this or not, but it's totally worth a shot.
Let's see if we can convince them to sing "Country Roads". Maybe if enough of us post on here, their PR person will pass it along or something. It's worth a try, right?
So here it is: My humble request to the Avett Brothers to sing our unofficial state song, "Country Roads". It would mean a lot to me and honestly, everyone in the audience would go wild.

good luck! Pretty Lights mixed it for All Good in WV last year after a ton of people requested it on his facebook page so it could work? (I would love to see TAB cover basically every John Denver song)
They sang, Back Home Again by John Denver, the last time they played in Charlotte. When was that, like, 15 years ago?
