Nice find...Thnkx

Cool little piece...aside from the "Southern hillbillies" part. thanks for posting it.

I believe I'll dust my broom.

I've read this before somewhere, I remember the whole thing, especially the sex with your wife with the lights on line. I've often thought of that line and don't really understand it.

haha yeah...its kinds of...odd...isn't it?

maybe it has something to do with talking about their good morals? I'm not really sure.

I did kinda get the feeling the journalist was trying a little to hard to sound funny and clever though.

I thought the whole sex with the lights on was like "they are just that good, they have sex with the lights on" (most people don't) "they are double-y good because it's with your wife"

But, what do I know?

I thought it was a statement about their authenticity? Like sexiness and persona in rock n roll is often over the top, fantasies of what people wish they were right? sort of analogous to having sex w/ no lights and someone you're not in relationship with- you can make up or fantisize whatever you want and need and wish you had. or maybe even or especially because you're insecure about who you are/what you look like, your true self, etc. but w/ these guys, what you see is what you get, and it's in the context of love and truth and relationship. you wanna see what's really there, because you love it and it's true.

or something like that. maybe that's a stretch.

Okay, IwhofollowtheGleam, I'll go with that because that makes sense to me. (Doesn't everybody have sex with the lights on?)
