Photos of various TAB related items

Hey, just a couple of photos that I've been meaning to share (on a related note, flicker is really not all that complicated!).

The first is a Scott Sketch that my friends just gave me as a gift for performing their wedding. I tried telling them that the pleasure was all mine (and it truly was one of the most meaningful days of my life). To me, when a friend earns a gift, there is no thank you required. Alas, they gave me this, and it turns out material thank you's are pretty damn sweet after all!

I have previously wished for a TAB cake pan, a TAB air freshener, and TAB dog collars. Thanks to my uber-creative sister Bec, guess which one I got? Marty rules the dog park!

Matt, that particular material gift (Scott's Gabriella sketch) is mighty precious... What a lovely gesture for officially bringing two kindred spirits together! You deserve it. And Marty's got every other dog beat. That is until Bec makes something for Luther. She should start her own line of Avett Pet Accessories! Great photos. Thanks.

wow, Matt. Those are two incredible gifts! I was really drawn to the Gabriella sketch at the Release show. I'm thrilled for you!

All the dogs at the dog park are going to be jealous. Love the collar! Becky, you are great!

The Avetts are a rare talent, timeless yet current, and capable of singing straight to a single soul while broadcasting to the ever-increasing masses.

Bec also made some amazing and cool keychains in the same material as the dog collar--I LOVE it! only problem is that when I recently spent a weekend with some other TAB fans, we had to be careful not to steal each other's keys. Bec, you are very talented--wish I knew how you did it (and had the ability to do so, as well!)

Wish me luck, I know you think I'll need it.
For all the hardest roads we have to walk alone.

That sketch is amazing! where can you purchase these?

I have a feeling my puppy Harper will be wearing a new collar. How did you make that? Her collar now is green with paiselys this is SO much cooler!

How can I make keychains and dog collars? Keychain was on my list in the Avett Bros, merch wish thread. Becky, are there instructions online that an non-crafty person can follow?

Linda didn't you get one?! I can go into more detail when I'm not rushing out of town, but it was collaborative between Gunnar and myself. He somehow got the artwork so that you could print it out, and then we printed it on the iron-on transfer paper...I ironed that on to material and then sewed it to the webbing. For the keychain you clamp on the little metal thingy at the end, and for the dog collar...its a bit more complicated, but they give you instructions when you buy the fixin's. I bought all the supplies on etsy, cheap! pm me if you want more details and I'll look them up when I get home after this long weekend.....

Marty looks so cute Matt! And hint taken Smiling Poor Lu, all naked. But he's so stylish and cool on his own that he can pull it off.

Jen, that's so funny about getting confused. I didn't think of that possible complication!

thanks for the info, Becky! I'm sure we will all be busy for the next few days, so I'll send you a pm next week.

Ah, no hint Bec! Lu's cool on his own, Marty's a bit awkward and so needs the help : )
