okay I know for a fact that i signed up for pre-sale and I didn't recieve my e-mial. If anyone is willing to send the password that would be so amazing..you have no idea!

if it makes you feel any better, i haven't received anything either and neither have a number of other buddies.... I'm really needing this, as as I'm trying to go to Red Rocks and to the birmingham show, which both go on sale today... If anybody has any info, please let me know... thanks!

If the sale starts at 10am venue time that's still two hours from now, maybe that's what's going on. It seems they usualy send info very early the morning of a presale, or the night before.
well Birminham tix are going on sale too... so i'd expect for something to come out any minute now... but we'll see

I was a little worried about the time because with the B-ham note that they posted it said that the presale started at 12 pm EST. Do you think that they might be having two separate pre-sales?
I hope so! Usually they send out the pre-sale at early morning...but now its 12 mins until 12 EST......and still no sign of password
just heard from the Avett FB page there's a glitch, but it (the presale email) is coming...

Yes...local market time is Mountain time. Denver. So we got about an hour and 20 minutes to the presale.

I signed up for the news letter after the password was sent out. How am I supposed to get it for Red Rocks?

Yes, GA only....if you look at photos of the ampitheatre, it's bench style seating. I only got two tix as well, since I'm waiting for family to confirm. Any stragglers can purchase their tix later through TM.
I got my order confirmation at 12:03, so here's hoping I will meet y'all at early entry...
Kilster, what does "who's in the first 30!" mean? As in rows? The email said "there will be NO seat upgrades."

Pretty excited about my 12:01 email confirmation and chances for early entry.
i still haven't received an email, and am panicked to say the least. this may be a dumb question, but after we have the password, where do we go to buy tix? the site has no "buy" link anywhere!
Emily: If you scroll down on the pre-sale website, there should be a "buy tickets" link for the Red Rocks show. At least, I just had it but now it's saying "sold out." It's worth refreshing a few times.
Regarding early entry: The Artist Arena ticket website hasn't been updated in a while, I think. They still have info about seat upgrades and those have been done away with.
If there was early entry, they'd probably mention it in the e-mail. I know that a lot of people are under the impression that early entry is also no more... can anyone confirm?
I searched my inbox and the early entry wasn't mentioned in the pre-sale for the last two Boulder shows, but there was indeed early entry, so I'm going to cross my fingers for it while acknowledging that it may have gone the way of the buffalo...
the site wouldn't let me log in during presale and i'm assuming the allotment is now gone.

This is huge for me as my parents are in Golden, CO, my sisters are in Fort Collins, CO & my brothers are in Boulder, CO. My first gig at Red Rocks was as a Regis (Denver) College frosh in 1982 with Crosby Stills and Nash on the Daylight again tour. Seen many great shows there through the years but I don't think any will surpass this July 9 show though. This is going to be a terrific blast. I'm thrilled. Elated. Ecstatic.
i think its pretty official that they aren't doing early entry anymore. From what i've heard the NYE shows were the last ones to do it
I got a 12:02 confirmation, but I'm not sure that means much as far as getting in for the first 30. I then refreshed the tickets page at 12:04 and it said it was sold out.
It's not true that the NYE shows were the last early entry shows... we had early entry in Geneva a few weeks ago. I'm under the impression that after folks gave feedback, they did away with EE for upcoming pre-sales. I could easily be wrong.

How fast did the second batch of 248 sell out? I forgot to watch.
The second pre-sale sold out practically instantaneously. I refreshed it the moment my computer's clock hit the top of the hour and tried to buy two. The captcha took about 15 seconds to load up and they were gone before I was able to enter it in and proceed. Less than 30 seconds.
And to the person asking earlier about the regular on-sale date, there is a radio station pre-sale happening right now. The password is "BROOKLYN."
