I hit buy the second the link was available - the very second! and it said, no more tickets - how is that possilbe? I would rather have not even been able to get the password if there was zero chance of getting a ticket.
Trying to have a super-surprise for my hubby for New Year's Eve -he deserves it - it was going to be the best Christmas present EVER! - whole family event.
Big disappointment.
Did anyone get tickets?
How does this work?

This happened with another presale show. That time I just kept refreshing the page every once in a while and I got lucky and the Buy Tickets link came up again like an hour later. It's worth a shot.
they keep opening up the links...keep trying. Many people have been refreshing and more tickets pop up.
I think the first batch that sold in like 30 secs was for the Early Entry tickets.
But keep going back and trying!!
There will be plenty of tickets available in the general sale. If you don't get the first 30 early entry, it doesn't make much difference when you buy them. It's all GA. You can still make your husband very happy.
Not sure if this will help with the sting but Joe just tweeted:
"To all who had to deal with pre-sales today. We're so sorry for the server issues. As it turns out . . . we have the best fans in the world!"

The only thing pre sale gets you on GA is a chance to be the first thirty. You also avoid the ticketmonster fees. There will be plenty to be had on Friday.
