Presale tickets

Presale tickets

Has anyone that used artist arena's presale options for a show received tickets? i did the presale order offered to those who use the fan site for the show in columbia mo, but artist arena and the whole things just seems shady. they wont send me the tickets until a week before the show and said that a week isnt even guaranteed and then they fed me some BS about the tickets not being printed when my friends who ordered from ticketmaster already have theirs via the mail. am i S.O.L.? i hope that i didnt get ripped off and will actually be able to see the show! can anyone shine some light?

Ticketmaster tickets arrive a lot quicker than AA tickets, usually. Most of the time my AA tickets have arrived a couple weeks before the show. Don't fret, they're pretty reliable, at least in my experiences.

I would voice my pain, but the change wouldn't last.

I got tickets from Artist Arena probably 8-10 times last year. They always come about 3 weeks to 1 week before the show. I wouldn't worry. If you don't have them a week ahead, give them a call, but that's never happened to me.

Wish me luck, I know you think I'll need it.

I THINK the theory is that late delivery discourages those evil folk who buy tickets to resell them. AA has a LOT of problems, but ticket delivery has been reliable.
