I know one thing, I will not be wearing my Team Avett shirt in NYC this time around. Ahh.

Mike, there's a group of folks gathering for dinner/drinks @ The Playwright Tavern at 202 W. 49th St., between 7th Ave and B'way. If you can make it, we'll be converging there at about 5 pm. Hope to see you!
I know, I know. I just googled Team Avett to help someone out on another thread and was reminded of my moment in the spotlight.
Mainly, my mom doesn't have a TA shirt yet so I'm not going to wear mine without her!
And this reminds me you e-mailed me today...

Well I WAS going to wear my Team Avett shirt but now, without Taryn, I don't know - are you wearing yours Heids?
I don't know yet....probably not because I might have to do something right before or after the show where such attire would be...inappropriate. Will probably bring it with me just in case though. I'm sure many others will have theirs on though.

The last time I went to RCMH, I wore a "Where the Wild Things Are" t-shirt and jeans. how fance are we talking here?
I am not promising fancy--I never do. but I will wear my nice jeans and not Team Avett.. and not flip flops.

I'm gonna wear my good t-shirt - the one that doesn't have writing on it. Haaaa, that's an old favorite.
Anyway, yeah I don't think I'm dressing up for the show. Probably jeans and a nice shirt with boots instead of sneakers, but no promises there.

As far as I know, there won't be an opener, but there will be special guests appearing during the show. I'm sure Heids can elaborate more.

Definitely not getting dressed up, definitely bringing Team Avett jersey, maybe even wearing it, RCMH is not that fancy in my book and I think the boys would get a kick out of seeing some Team Avetts in the hall. Not sure about Playwright, coming in with two co-workers, both of whom have seen the boys before @Norwalk Concert Hall 11/07, but not since. We talked about supping at Ellen's Stardust Diner but I'll ask them about Playwright and let you know. The boys said on FB today "We take the stage at 8:10" so it would be lovely if there were no opener. I've been thinking since they announced RCMH that their dad and sister would be joining them on stage and am hoping they are their "special guests" tomorrow!
