I know Seth has always been a skinny dude but after just seeing them live and some recent pictures around the boards - man, that guy needs to eat something.

eeeek....he would probably like hearing that about as much as I enjoy someone telling me I need to lose a few lbs..
I believe I have read before that they all have very healthy appetites and eat well and often. They are just very active (obviously) and have a healthy metabolism and great genes!

I keep shoes on from the time I wake until the time I go to sleep. I was in a fist fight once, back in high school, and I was wearing flip-flops. I found it difficult to defend myself without shoes on, so I always keep a pair on now. Just in case.
