Songs You Won't Admit That You Have In Your iPod

Songs You Won't Admit That You Have In Your iPod

Now, come on... EVERYBODY has at least one song and/or artist that you pray for the iPod to skip when you have company.... Browse your music library... It's there!!!

So you can, a) tell your weak story of how it got to your computer, if you want; or you can go with option b) Just say it, and leave the excuses out... Evil

Here I go again...I'm taking my life in my hands with this topic...

No excuses, my ipod has some songs by Ace of Base ... horrible, I know... I just "saw the sign"...

Replies for this Board Topic

The entire Rick Moranis album.

I Want It That Way: BSB

Bye Bye Bye: Nsync

Glamorous: Fergie (I think?)

all there for the purpose of working out and running. BUT, do i sing along a little? yep. sure do.

No shame on this ipod! Well, okay I do have TAB's "Shame" on there:) I try not to be embarassed about what I like, from Charlie Rich to The Rich Kids, The Beastie Boys to Beat Happening, Mirah to Marah, Free to Freak Mt. Ramblers & on & on & on.

Tenacious D....hysterical but I feel a little old to be listening.

MIchael Jackson: Thriller. what more can I say...that and Laurie Berkner...but that's for my kids.

i wouldn't be embarrassed by thriller. i do however have a few jessica simpson songs that i would prefer not pop up on the shuffle rotation while in the car with others.

I have to go with Captain Jack'S Only You and enrique Iglesias' The Ping Pong Song! Don't know where they came from but they are catchy just a littlebit embarassing haha

Not gonna lie, I have Kelly Clarkson's Since U Been Gone (and did it really need to be "u" instead of "you"??)
I just like that song. I'm 100% certain it's the only American Idol contestant song I have, though.

Okay, but I'm not admitting this...
Mnah Mnah - and not the Cake cover version, either - I downloaded it via a YouTube vid of the old Muppets clip Sticking out tongue

Doo doo da doo doo!

(Good luck getting that out of your head, btw)

Martika - Toy Soldiers

Yeah, I paid .99 for that song.

"Mnah Mnah - and not the Cake cover version, either - I downloaded it via a YouTube vid of the old Muppets clip" -angischy

I love that episode. we have it on DVD and my kids think it's hilarious (as do I).

yeah, Angi, that is definitely not something to be ashamed of--in fact, I'd like to hear that this weekend, k?

My entire iPod is an embarrassment. It's home to every S Club 7, Hanson and Ace of Base song ever released. And that's the good "bad" stuff that I have.. who knows how many horrible Christmas songs, songs for kids and TV show theme songs are buried in there!

Sorry but I can't tell you...

Boatloads of shame eh Samonid.

Nothing to be ashamed of here....I loooove my music!

the entire soundtrack! and I listened to it just the other night hahaha

My claim to shame is probably Mika's album. ::blush::

Beyond that, I'm pretty safe. I also have the greatest hits of both Journey and Styx, and even though I think I *should* be ashamed of them, I find I'm not.

My top five Guilty Pleasures on my iPod:
Can't Smile Without You or Mandy - Barry Manilow
Islands in the Stream - Kenny Rogers & Dolly Parton
I Can't Go For That - Hall & Oates
Who Can It Be Now - Men At Work
The Saturday Night Fever Soundtrack

LOL I knew it...

dangit, am I THAT predictable?? Haha oh well, I'll rock "Hakuna Matata" all day every day, and proudly!

haha...not saying you're predictable... you mentioned you had theme songs, and The Lion King theme songs are like the Beatles' version of Cartoon songs... (yes, I made the comparison!)

My ex-girlfriend had a bunch of theme songs in her ipod... and that Lion King songs would pop up ALL THE TIME...

So let's just say, "Hakuna Matata" is like "Help" ... and Timon and Pumba are John and Paul...Timon Lennon and Pumba McCartney...

I wish I could not post this, but it's so horrible it has to be read...

Haha I'm so glad that you hit post, it definitely deserved to be read. I got a good laugh out of it, that's for sure Smiling

All right, I'm not ashamed of it cause it's (mostly) amazing, but I'll surely be ridiculed for...

Barbra Streisand's album "Butterfly". For example: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cPqJtjgxcQw
