Ain't it like most people, I'm no different, we love to talk on things we don't know about.

no

but I did wear out the casingle when it came out. haha

I loved this movie when I was younger. I've seen it a million times.

"A man in a really nice camper wants to put our song on the radio!"

not at all

Ladies and Gentlemen...the Oh-NEED-ers!

"Why don't we just call ourselves 'The Band You're About to Hear?'"

This really is a fantastic movie, I need to put it on my netflix immediately.

I haven't seen it in a few years. It really is great. I just read that the song was written by the bass player for Fountains of Wayne. Makes sense. I saw them once and enjoyed them a lot.

Steve Zahn is hilarious.

there's only one thing here worth hoping for

And Liv Tyler...yes please!

that movie was on VH1 classic a few days ago.
actually the part with the broken arm and talent show mirrors my friends band's story haha

the begging yes but the bad parts sorta at the end when they brake up no not at all

I am a proud owner of this movie. I watched it the other day! It's one of my favorites...

However to answer your question: No, or at least I hope not.

P.S. The song the Wonders play "Dance With Me Tonight"... you know, the one that they play when they're on the round stage and they're surrounded by a crowd, and the one where Tom Hanks does the fist pump.... I think that song's better than "That Thing You Do". Just sayin'...

hahaha i haven't seen this movie on forever! i used to love it, that song was infectious. i don't know if they have similar stories though in that TAB have continued to produce great material, whereas the Oneders produced one or two hit songs for the charts only...if anyone was like a member of TAB it was Jimmy, he was all bout the music if i recall lol. great topic...
