I've been reading Dave Ramsey and trying to do mature money management,(ooh it's hard) and had been holding off trying to get a B'ham ticket since I had just saw the guys for FREE in Starkville. But LOOK they are going to be just 45 min from my house:D I will definately be getting some tickets for this show. So giddy right now.
Can't wait to hear the new stuff.

Smiling I went to the Starkville show, got tickets for birmingham last week.... and am trying to talk my boyfriend into going to Tupelo as well.. I live 2 hours away... Its almost necessary that i go. Can you tell me anything about the arena? Is it HUGE?

The arena is not real big. It will seat about 5k the way they will have it set up for this show. Nice size and not a bad seat in the place. I am very excited to have the Avett Brothers come here! Get as many of your friends as you can to come. This is the first show like this that our arena has done and we want to sell it out so they will bring more good music in! Me too, it looks like they are pretty good seats. The seating chart it showed had the stage moved up alot where 104 was the closest riser.

Tupelo is not a large city so any hotel in town you stay at will be within five minutes of the arena. The Courtyard Marriot is right beside the arena. There is also the Bestwestern plus, Fairfield, and Wyndham that are all new hotels that are five minutes away.

Thanks for the hotel advice! I'll be checking those out pretty soon. I've never been to Tupelo before, but I convinced my husband that it would be worth the trip for The Avetts.

HI I got GA. I'm not working that day so I plan to hang out in line. So excited. Yes the Courtyard Marriot is basically in the parking lot and there is a nice Automobile Museum across the street and Elvis' birthplace and museum down the road. Hope to meet a lot of you coming in out of town. Did I say I am so excited:D Yes Dave Ramsey has no idea how much TAB has meant to me. I literally booked our vacation last year around seeing them in Augusta and Savannah. I am energized just thinking about the show. See ya there Karen
