Hello!

The 2011 Tour linocut print, created by Scott Avett, will be available at the New Year's Eve Show @ the Bi-Lo Center in Greenville, SC - only 300 available! Check it out!

*Approx size of paper 25.5"x17" & image size 21"x10.5"

Also, we've just announced some SPRING break tour dates!!

3/7 - Iowa City, IA - Univ. of Iowa
3/10 - Springfield, MO - O'Reilly Family Events Center
3/11 - Wichita, KS - Orpheum Performing Arts Center

3/15 - Baton Rouge, LA - Baton Rouge River Center Theatre
3/16 - Orange Beach, AL - The Amphitheatre @ the Wharf
3/17 - Birmingham, AL - Boutwell Auditorium

HUGE, HUGE PROBLEM ! The Avett Brothers did not insist on a limit to the number of tickets one person can purchase for the concert April 20,2012, at the CAC in Morgantown, WV. So, someone representing a company bought 600 of the available 800 tickets. There were 40 of us standing in line at the box office 1 hour before tickets went on sale. I was number 20 but the man who was number 17 bought the last ticket. Now those 600 tickets are online being sold by the scalpers for $167 - $300.00.
This shows that the Avett Brothers do not care about their fans by letting this happen.
Please respond to this email so tht you do not again prove that you do not care bout the fans.

My god, Scott's artwork is incredible! I just find all of his art amazing, cannot believe the attention to detail.

Can't wait to see the Avetts again..was lucky to see them twice this year...at the Life is Good festival (what better place for the avetts to play?!) and again the next day in NH..hands down the best shows I've ever been to..just love them..

Awesomeness. I'm pretty stoked to have secured my two tickets to the Baton Rouge gig in the 2nd row from the stage - dead-smack in the middle, thanks to today's sneaky super-early-bird ticket sale!

WOO HOO!!! I believe Row BB Seats 13 & 14 in the Orchestra Pit is as close to front-n-center as one can get, save for Row AA!

Looking forward to my 1st show, even tho' you should have come to my hometown of New Orleans before Baton Rouge! Eye-wink Perhaps you can still arrange to sneak onto the lineup for the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival on either the last weekend of April or 1st weekend of May 2012... Smiling I'm still grateful either way. Baton Rouge (aka "Red Stick") is only a bit over 1 hour away from NOLa!

Thank you Avetts! This concert is one of the few things my teen agers want to do with their parents. Can't wait to see you for the first time in BIRMINGHAM!!! We've lived here foreva so if you need any scoop....

Can't wait!! I live in Lees Summit, MO.. so either Springfield, MO or Witchita, KS here we come.. both I wish. It will be my ten year old son's first concert ever!! So excited =)
