I never got my email to get to pre-order tickets. Anyone know why?

On February 20th my family and I went to the Smith Opera House in Geneva, NY to see the Avett Brothers for the first time. Words cannot even begin to describe just how amazing and talented these guys are. We found this band one day on Palladia while looking for something to watch that was worthy. J and I just basically stood there with our mouths on the floor, quietly taking it all in. We were so bored with the music that was out there and we were always looking for something new and different but were disappointed and unfulfilled until we found these guys. Never had we heard or seen this band, and as into music as we are, we were pretty surprised. We love to go to shows and over the years, I personally have been to many, but I have to say the one we just saw of the Avett Brothers was definitely in the top 3. J surprised me for Valentine's Day and bought me a ticket. I then turned around and bought 2 more for my two kids 10 and 8 years of age. We play the I and Love and You cd so often that even our 2 year old knows and requests the CD to be played a ton. He even calls the I and Love and You song "his song" and it is definitely his favorite. So we have created a new fan as well as future concert goer when he is able. We would have brought him if we knew he could have hung til the weee hours of the morning. If I could meet these talented people and just talk about the words to their songs and how incredible and relateable they are, I would be so thrilled. When I listen to a song, I am a definite a word person and if the words are not great, then I tend to not like a song so much. Being a mom myself, if I had 3 sons as talented as these, I think I would be in awe to have created such incredible humans. Not to mention, I would be up front and personal for the shows as often as possible. We encourage anyone who has not seen or heard these guys to see what they have been missing. I just would hate to see them loose their intimacy of the small venue though because you can't beat that feeling. Too bad they didn't stick around to sign autographs etc. Jennifer

I am seriously confused at this point. The venue for the Searcy show says tickets go on sale on April 21 for "students, faculty, staff, and members of the Avett's fanclub" and on April 23 for the general public. Not only do members of the fanclub get to buy tickets earlier, but they also get tickets $15 cheaper. By being a member of this website, am I not a member of the fanclub? When I try to click on "buy" through this site, I get a "Page Not Found" error. Can anybody help me out here?
