I will take this sign straight to a local bar that I am a regular at in Winston-Salem that regularly plays The Avett Brothers' music and ask them to post it on the wall (and only if I still remain the owner of the sign), that way everybody can enjoy it!

Personally, I'd hang half of the TAB sign at my home over the mantle, and carry the other half in my car at all times. Plus, my birthday was the 19th and I got NO PRESENTS, and this would totally make up for it.

Also, I could use a knife set. New apartment. No cutlery. Just saying.

I will frame the sign as two pieces, to maintain the integrity of the art form. And just like all great art, it will be offered up for public display on a 'tour'. Kind of like the King Tut exhibit a few years ago. I'll offer up tour stops to places such as the Double Door, the Neighborhood Theatre, and What-A-Burger #13. At the conclusion of the tour, I will put the sign(s) on the wall of my music studio, then send a note to 'that guy that has everything' (sundayrehab) and say, "dude, look what I'VE got!"

Just kiddin' sundayrehab. But, serious about the tour.

The sign is not broken in two. It is two separate pieces with their own identities. I would keep them separate and use them as a backdrop for the weight bench and empty 40 bottles that stay in my front yard as if they were perpetual outdoor christmas decor. I don't know nuthin' bout no knives, but I sure as s*** would cut somethin' up with 'em.

I would frame the sign, as broken as it may be, and put it in my kitchen so I can see it when I chop veggies with those knives and sing along to your songs.

I would tape that sign together and hang it in my bedroom, in fact i would frame it, and i would stare at it for days on end while listening to your cd! When my girlfriend asks me why i'm doing this i will just stare at her w/ a blank look on my face and continue to drink scotch! SAVE ME.

You four have changed my life. I've always been inspired by your voice, Scott. I thought it sounded similiar to mine. I originally found out about you guys with the album emotionalism which has changed my life for forever. My #1 album, ever. second would be, I and Love and You.... the music is beautiful, and the lyrics are phenominal! such melody in each song. I got emotionalism, from my brother when smaller. Die die die, being a sudden great song, but as all your albums work. You like the catchy ones.....then eventually like everything. Thats another reason why i love you guys. Plus your very funny,. I love your stuff. I know you dont want to read all these boring posts.....but this knife set and poster mean alot to me. I really want it. Everyday i check the 12 days of avett.
