Video Premiere on NPR + Our Next Release Is Coming This Fall!

We promised you all a video this week, but it turns out we have another surprise to share with you.

It has finally arrived, what you all have been waiting for....
Recorded on August 8, 2009 at Bojangles Coliseum in Charlotte, NC...
Live, Volume 3, will be released on CD and DVD October 5, 2010!

So you know what to expect:
Live, Volume 3 DVD is comprised of a selection of songs from our Charlotte performance, shot in HD and mixed by Ryan Hewitt, the engineer/mixer of I and Love and You. Additionally, the DVD will include documentary-style episodes, with interviews from the band and the fans who attended the show.

I played this song to my daughter (17) when it first came out, it brought her to tears. I'm a single dad, music is our connection. Right now she is in hondorus helping in community building. Great, great, album. THANKS!

The video was amazing, it fit the lyrics perfectly but it wasn't the picture in my head of what the song was about. I'll never make the wait to the new album and the DVD. I was there at the concert and hope to see myself in the video.

OMG! I am beyond excited! Just ordered the entire bundle because, well, I am an avid Avett fan. I think I am in the documentary. If not, who cares! I was there. The concert was awesome and like I said, "... rarely in my lifetime have I seen such greatness...there was an electricity in the air..."

Now I will have it forever.

By the way, if Scott & Seth read these -- I'm the "Oh, God!" idiot from The Evening Muse. I just get soo excited... tee-hee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
