Hey... I'm not trying to pick a fight with you. I understand that you are upset, and if I were in that situation, I probably would be too. I tend to avoid the big shows in favor of smaller settings. When I read you post, I had trouble with this statement:
"Makes me wish I would have scalped my extras for the money, then I would be just like the band! Greedy and selfish!"
Maybe you did not intend to direct it at Scott, Seth, Bob, and Joe, or maybe you did.
I think it is an unfair statement. Greedy and selfish don't describe these guys, at least not in my experience.
It's okay to be mad, but don't project character flaws on others based on your dissapointment. This is really about a decision that you disagree with. As a paying customer, you have a right to be upset. Demand a refund, refuse to every buy another ticket, burn your CD's, do whatever you need to feel vindicated, but don't forget that you are talking about people who made a decision that they felt was right. These people have worked hard for many years, and made a number of sacrafices, to create a product that resonates with this community. Is calling them "greedy and selfish" kind, true, or, necessary? If not, it probably doesn't need to be said.
