The only thing about Drupal 7 is that 3rd party developers are going to be responsible for updating their own add-ons. So if this site is using 3rd party add-ons, then it might be a while before they can actually make the upgrade to 7.0. I would at least wait till 7.1 comes out so the kinks get worked out of the system.

Myself, I use ExpressionEngine ( http://www.expressionengine.com ). Its the most flexible CMS out there in my opinion.
