Just got the dreaded email from Artist Arena saying my tickets will not arrive a week in advance (for Ann Arbor show Mar 9) as promised and I need to pick them up from Will Call the day of the show. Nice. Isn't this a problem in itself? Not a great way to do business in my opinion. Whether the venue is involved or not, don't promise me tickets in the mail and then a week before the show tell me they aren't coming.
