Green_shoes.... thats a great attitude to have at the HOB, b/c the majority won't get close or even be able to see the entire band at once just b/c the views are so limited and there are so many people.... if I were you, I'd suggest eating dinner at the HOB one night and then that way you can get in a little earlier than most folks and be able to snag a good spot... the entire place will be ridiculously crowded so try and find good people around you to watch the show w/, b/c they will be the ones saving your spot for you if/when you go to grab another beer, use the restrooms, etc.... If the downstairs is too crowded when you get int, head upstairs but try and get on the staircase in the middle of the venue going up to the bar at the back / top b/c that way you won't have to worry about tall peole standing in front of you, etc......

also - bring your "thick skin" b/c you'll need it in this place - its too crowded and there will be a lot of punks there that will get annoying for numerous reasons - so try and not let them ruin your night.... oh yeah and get ready for some badass shows, b/c they will be awesome ....
