I'm a fan (and you should be too) because there is no other music out there that is as poignant, simple, but incredibly powerful as The Avetts! My best friend took me to a show in Tuscaloosa and I had never even heard a song before....heard "Tear Down The House" and i was in tears. It was exactly what I was going through. I left with every cd. I recently had lost my Mother in a very tragic accident and this was the first time I smiled and enjoyed myself in months. The Avetts give me a sense of family that I miss so much from losing my Mother . Thanks for bringing me outta the darkness and pain:) You'll never know how much your music has changed my life and made me keep goin! love you guys----!
