The title song and "January Wedding" are definitely my favorites. So proud to have a North Carolina connection to you talented guys. Folks in Catawba are thrilled that you will be performing for the Grammy Awards! Your grandfather was pastor of our church - Catawba UMC - in the 1970's and I remember him and your grandmother fondly. As the church secretary - and a fan - I will continue to follow your success and share it with our church family. Congratulations!

I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...
I knew Rev. & Mrs. Clegg Avett - grandparents of Scott & Seth - when they served my church in the 1970's. They would be so proud of The Avett Brothers' success and especially their appearance on the Grammy Awards. Catawba United Methodist Church is proud to have a connection to these talented young men and we wish them the very best in their rising career. We'd also love to show them around Catawba NC if they are ever in the area! Donna B.
