I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...When I push play to any Avett brothers song my thoughts are provoked, by their hymn like melodies and captivating lyrics; my troubled heart is at ease, and for a brief moment I find meaning in this ever wondering heart of mine and i am calmed. In that moment, my problems leave my house and my dreams and I can dance on the floor. I feel as if their music gives me a hope that love will someday return to my hearts door again; that amongst all the chaos and lies in this world; there is truth and that it is worth everything. That life isn't always as it seems, my way of thinking has been forever changed. I tell almost everyone I meet about their music and how it's more than just music it's a light that shines among the darkness of this world. I feel obligated to tell because I have to thank them for helping me find strength in myself and realizing that truth is everything, this world is cruel but love conquers all....
