Hey!! I'm now a college student but I've listened to you guys since I was in the 5th grade. I use to play the Ballad of Love and Hate over and over again on my ipod. This album is just as amazing as emotionalism, and i loved it in concert! I was on the floor at your new years eve show yesterday, and I just wanted you to know that I still don't have my voice back! The show was amazing and you guys sound even more amazing in person. You will always be my favorite band! Thanks for the memories!!!

I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...

Because i listened to the Avett Brothers literally every single morning before going to school, all through out high school. I would blare them through out my house and their lyrics got me through a lot; from new boyfriends to break ups, and everything in between. Sixteen in July was one of the many songs I played over and over when i turned 16 and had that boyfriend i though i'd always be with. The Avett Brothers are my favorite band, and because of them i have sooo many good memories, and hopefully more to come!
