My Story of How I Became a Fan:

When I went to Dallas for the Dave Matthews Band concert, I was only thinking of how much I loved DMB. Little did I know that I was about to fall in love with another band. As I watched I was amazed at the energy and overall performance that the Avett Brothers displayed. The sound was amazing, worthy of a lead act. Immediately I felt like I needed to hear every song that this band had ever made. Once home, I started buying the Avett Brothers' music. There was not a single song on a cd that I did not just absolutely love (and after a while that had became quite a few songs). Curious about the band, I visited the webpage. After missing an opportunity to see them at the Mulberry Mountain Music Festival, I couldn't help myself. I just had to see them in concert again. So, I seen a upcoming date for Little Rock and got the tickets. After seeing my second show, it was official - I was an Avett Brothers fan.
