I'm a fan (and you should be too) because...of the amazing unique sound, and profoundly intelligent lyrics of this band. Harmony & melody, energy & clarity, refreshing & cerebral. Real guys, real music, but they have the ability to take me somewhere else. I've been around a long time, but the Avett Brothers music is incredibly exciting and inspirational to me.
