Just got back from the show at the Orpheum.... I traveled 9k miles to visit friends in the states, and my favorite one said "tis your lucky day, the Avett Bros are in town the weekend you are in LA." Truly a stroke of luck, and an amazing, energizing show in a beautiful venue. Thank you so much for your heart and soul and for sharing your unconditional love of music.
I heard a rumor that there may be a European tour in the works for the spring... please keep Barcelona in mind, she's beautiful and would make a wonderful host.

On the fourth day of Avett...
...my true love gave to me, a box set in a pear tree.... hmm.... not quite so catchy. I think I'll leave the songwriting duties to Scott, Seth and the boys. Felices Fiestas desde Barcelona. Venid a vernos, por favor!
